About the application
Emotional Reset is a mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It offers short grounding exercises intended for moments of stress, anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm.
Emotional Reset is a wellness application. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. In case of a medical or psychological emergency, please contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. Happy Monday SRL is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We are, however, always willing to address concerns directly. Please contact us at contact@emotionalreset.me.

The content of the Emotional Reset application and of our website is prepared with reasonable care. We do not, however, assume liability for the accuracy, completeness, or up-to-dateness of the content.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The legal relationship between users and Happy Monday SRL is governed by Romanian law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Place of jurisdiction for disputes is București, Romania, for users that are merchants, legal entities under public law, or special public-law funds. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence apply, and they may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where the applicable law allows.
